Farm Mutual Reinsurance Plan - Cambridge - 2004 addition
This was a 20,000sf, 2-story addition to their present building. We were the contractor on their initial building and were happy with our performance that they hired us as a Construction Manager to construct the addition.
The building is a steel frame structure, with steel stud & EFIS on the exterior of the building. There is an open lobby with a curved steel staircase to the second floor. There is also a large sloping skylight that links the existing building to the new building. There are also many high quality floor finishes, wood paneling and veneers applied to circular columns. This project was not quite done on schedule, due to some equipment delivery and interior finishes. The owner was satisfied with our performance and quality of workmanship.
